Each edition of Ocean Pole Retreat is built around one thing: a location worth travelling to and a focus worth training for. Spinning and flow, static rotations, sensual heels, each retreat has a clear direction, led by instructors who are genuinely exceptional at exactly that.
What doesn't change is the format. A small group and a beautiful light-filled studio near the coast. Enough structure to make real progress, enough space to actually enjoy where you are.
